1. Why did you choose the University of Vermont to continue your education?

There were a few reasons I felt UVM was the right fit for me. UVM is a great academic school and has always been my goal to attend a really good University when I graduate from Salisbury. I am also an Ice Hockey player, but lacrosse has become my main sport. Being part of the UVM community means I can get a great education, play lacrosse at a very high level and enjoy rooting for the UVM ice hockey team. It just feels like home.

2. What advice would you give other players looking to play at the college level?

Continue to pursue your goal no matter what. It only takes one good play at the right time in the right game in front of the right coach.

3. What has been your favorite part of Sweetlax Lacrosse?

Sweetlax gave me the opportunity to play with the best lacrosse players in the Country and to play in front of the top lacrosse college coaches. They believed in me and I believed in the Sweetlax program.

4. What is your favorite subject in school?

Entrepreneurial Studies is definitely the most interesting class I have taken so far.

5. What is your favorite vacation spot?

I really like ARUBA.

6. Do you have a favorite lacrosse moment so far?

There have been so many moments over the past few years, but the best moment had to be during one of my first Salisbury School Varsity Lacrosse games when I scored a goal assisted by Joe Newman my Sweetlax and Salisbury School teammate.

7. What do you do in your personal time to improve your game?

The first thing I do is get to the gym to get stronger. Wall ball is something I try to do a lot when there are no games or practices. I am always working on my hands and stick skills.

Anything else?
I want to thank my mom and dad for all of the time and effort that have put in for me. I also want to thank my Salisbury Coach, Bobby Wynne and my Sweetlax Coach, Kevin Martin and his staff. Lastly, I would thank all of my teammates at Salisbury and Sweetlax for making me a better player every time we take the field.
