Biography

Coach Benedict attended  Penn Yan High School where he was a captain for both his football and lacrosse teams. Upon graduation, he played both midfield and FOGO at Mercyhurst University.

“DT”, as he is known by his friends, has coached with Sweetlax teams as well as run the weekly Rochester Inner City Free Clinics. He presently teaches in the Rochester City School District and is Head Coach at Churchville-Chili High School
